In January 2025, led by divine direction, Pastor Owens founded Beacon of Hope Fellowship Church. The first worship service was Sunday, February 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Pastor Owens is a faithful shepherd, dynamic preacher, and devoted family man focused on equipping believers and winning souls. His ministry is rooted in Lamentations 3:22–23:

“It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”
He also holds dear Romans 8:28: “All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
